- tracking the current status of production,
- in-depth review of supplier production planning,
- risk assessment of delay in delivery,
- development and implementation of measures to prevent delays,
- work with suppliers and their sub-suppliers to accelerate delivery times.
The progress is timely reported in clear manner and with reliable data.
For field expediting we offer:
- constant or periodical presence of expediter at supplier site,
- quality audits and inspection during production,
- factory acceptance test and packaging inspection.
